I think it all depends upon what the requirements is. Mostly people go to these kind of garages due to some recommendation or 5 star google reviews (which can easily be fabricated when you have so many people backing up the business). Plus, look at the place, it doesn't look like it's run by a conman. Its only once your purchase is over, that problems start if you go back to them.
Don't buy a car from a dodgy car outfit like this. How they treated the sheriffs showed what scum they really are. Hope this coverage helps put off many customers and they go out of business. Buy from a approved dealer. Its worth any extra cost and cheaper in the long run.
yeah but unlike here in the United States, from what I was told by a friend of mine from England, there's a lot of these little auto outfits because it's not hard to get a car from an auction and start basically your own car lot. I mean it's the same here in the US but we do have other ways around it
@@DarkLynx13we don't have dealer licences here from what I can tell however the rules on selling cars are pretty stringent hence why you see these companies getting chased for money often. A car sold by a trader has to have a warranty by law or sold as spares and repairs. I went to Ilford to look at a car and wasn't remotely described correctly essentially the rule is don't by a car from a place ending in ford or Birmingham.
Remember in the 80’s or 90’s the Pakistan cricket team had a spin bowler named Assiff Iqbal. The captain name was Mushtaq Mohamed I think. Wouldn’t trust anyone from Pakistan.
The gold plated handles claimant was so perfect. The anger at the audacity of the supplier of giving him the run around and then delivering substandard work for mid range prices so that he looked bad Infront of the client.
In the original series "Can't Pay, We'll Take It Away" the Sheriffs could run the VIN numbers on vehicles to determine if they had a lien against them or if they were owned outright. Why aren't they doing this for all the cars in the car lots?
Most car dealerships are shady to begin with. Used car dealerships are almost always shady. When its owner is Mustafa, then this behavior is almost guaranteed. Then they wonder why no one likes them.
The agents messed up huge when they gave the car lot a payment plan it was clear they wouldnt pay the payments and they had plenty of assests to seize. They should have to pay the claimant out of pocket for messing up.
@@rippersubmissionwrestling2704 are you ignorant or just acting ignorant? You dont see the trend? all the debt collection cases where people instantly turn violent are people from a certain background. Go look at statistics, whom are overrepresented in crime/claiming social benefits/anti social behaviour? yep. stay ignorant kid
I wanted to trek through out the entire UK 🇬🇧 and Ireland 🇮🇪 and finally I have had to resolve that I am not going. My family came to England Ireland from France with William the 1st and going forward fighting with the Knights Templar. We need to see the men and women who will fight like the Templars and get the lands and people back to where you want to go to UK 🇬🇧 Ireland 🇮🇪 and see what was again and the Great Britain of the past Peaceful and Safe
Clearly thats the owner of the company because no customer is going to get aggressive like that..GROW UP AND PAY YOUR DEBTS, LEARN HOW TO ACT CIVIL..YOU DONT TREAT PEOPLE RUDELY..THAT'S HOW ITS CLEARLY SOMEONE ASSOCIATED WITH THE BUSINESS..HIS AGGRESSIVE TEMPER WENT FROM 0 TO 10 IN 1 SECOND SMH..About the gold door handles situation, its terrible but sometimes you get what you pay for, sometimes its necessary to go with a more pricey business and a little longer deadline to get better results..I was taught if a deal is too good to he true than 8/10 times IT IS !! It's going to end up in bad situation, money out of pocket etc..But thankfully the man was able to find a different business to complete the necessary work and the job was completed..but now He is 4000 pounds out of pocket..Crossing fingers that he gets these enforcers to collect the debt
Aggh !! The pain of this process!!! I was letting a property to a non-paying tenant, and even after going to Court they still did not leave. This went on for 10 months !!!! I actually ended up instructing this company to do the job and my tenant was gone in 4 weeks !! Can't recommend them enough. Safe to say, it put me off letting out my property for a long while :')
I don't know how these people get away with it. I've been a tenant for 11 years and never missed a month, (i am 29 and ive had 2 landlords in my life. One fron 18-27 and the current 27-29, my landlord sold up 2 years ago so I've had to find somewhere new, my new landlord requires the letting agent to carry out an inspection every 2 months, I had to provide years of statements with no gaps before signing and make sure my income was 5x the rental price. All of that is fine as I could have said no to all of it and found somewhere else. I'm rambling but the point is, you have to jump through hoops rightly so as it's somebody's property, how on earth these people manage to jump from landlord to landlord without checks I'll never know.
Strange how fraud has skyrocketed in the last 10 years and so has migration. Councils like Birmingam going bust becase so many residents are on the con or claiming when they're not owed.
@@gileskYour racist rants mean nothing to anyone any more. We know those who accuse others of being waycist are usually the racist ones. These thugs are the racist ones and we all know it.
Man pushed me like that and threatened me he's a dead man and then every friend who joins him abuse of government officials should have never been tolerated it makes officials look incompetent
Watching this from Oregon ,U.S.A ...the sheriff over here is a whole different thing...Mr headbutt ,tough guy wold be cuffed a ND in the back of a cop car if he raised an eyebrow to the sherriff..😂
There seems to be a certain ethnic group with a consistent attitude who operates virtually every used vehicle business I see on here. Just an observation.
I thought to the contrary re the bike not being bought on the company. Normal practice to get as much as a Tax credit. I think they do a great job. Cheers.
I bought a 16k car from Marshalls here in Ipswich and it took me 8 months to get them to correct basic's, this was only achieved once I got beyond the dim sales people, and took the issue up with their main on-site boss. His comment to me was "why didn't my staff get this sorted for you, this is most annoying" The boss was very helpful and resolved the problems but he was surrounded by incompetents.
Car dealers here usually have a clause in the contract that says the buyer has agreed to buy the vehicle where is, as is. Incase it breaks down 5 minutes down the road you're on your own
That's not legally sound. Won't count for anything in court. Its called an "unfair contract" and as such, its unenforceable. If you buy from a dealer, you have certain rights.
I've learnt to have a rule to not buy from areas like Bradford, but its more about the dodgy types of Garages, ie. scally drug dealer types acting as car dealers rather then a race thing. I challenge anyone to search autotrader and I'll guarantee most garages are these types of people unfortunately 😂
God knows why they accepted a payment plan from the garage they were obviously not going to keep up with it, all im saying is the cant pay we'll take it away guys would have gotten it done
Another Sheriff video had a company attempt to avoid a debt by transferring assets to a "new" company. The owner provided transfer documents, which could have avoided the debt... but when the sheriff asked to see the payment documents, the debtor couldn't produce them. Voila! Assets were seized to pay the debt! In this video the sheriffs only seized a couple of diagnostic machines not worth very much and failed to ask the debtor for bank documents showing payment for all the transferred equipment. Why didn't he do that? Similar to the other video, it could be no funds were exchanged meaning all the equipment and cars still belonged to the original company and the sheriffs could have acquired FULL payment!
Buyers beware. Phone photograph and call the sheriff. Phone and buy the used car. Photograph all the other cars and keep them all for the sheriff. You will be helping them out with your money returned from the scammers
Must be good the country have dedicated sheriffs to do this job. In my country the same hard but no enforcement will do this task. Most of the time it always need the hard way to get your money back, fight happen, police call. That's why nobody in right mind want to lend money
Different minority cultures where violence and deception are normal is going to be an issue for the majority. Another Iqbal not sure of the correct spelling., just the same name as the other car dealer in another video. Cheats.
@rivermoon6190 none of the people in the episode. Never had dealings with anyone featured. Is it that difficult to believe that someone who has no vested interests may not fully support one side or the other?
