Absolutely fair, its a lot of money, but that ban hammer thats guaranteed and the almost guaranteed loss of money because of a refund seems so not worth it
They told us they added the "This player has not been online recently." check for mailing because of a large amount of support tickets where someone typo'd a username trying to mail something and lost their items to a dormant account. No idea how that would interact with bans tho.
