What an amazing pair of Gentlemen, this shows what well planned prep time can do for your day/service. There’s no frantic running around no shouting at each other, they just do there respective jobs and it seems faultless, makes you more ravenous than should be allowed. It also makes you pick up the menu of your local restaurants and look for similar dishes.
All of that looks dangerously delicious! Such a warm, comforting atmosphere, too. Those awesome brothers are absolute legends, and it’s an honor to be able to watch them in action. Much love from Atlanta 💚🕊🙏
Amazing skill and to be on their feet working flat out for hours must be really tiring and quite stressful. It's a work of art what they do. The choice is good and being able to provide it daily is a real dedication. So more power to you both and the kindest wishes from the UK. Lovely video and well filmed too.
I was a chef many years ago, first things first coffee machine on followed by grill. Eating breakfast together before a busy day promotes productivity hugely. Especially to the workers on low wages, they can eat an actual cooked meal at no cost.
Oh wow 😮 I truly enjoyed watching 👀 this video!! From the very beginning the owner was extremely nice and friendly I definitely was taken with his style of cooking 🍳!! From the fried rice to the noodles 🍜 and everything in between he's definitely on point when it comes to preparing all of his signature dishes!! Both he and his brother make a phenomenal 🔥 team working together!! I would love 💗 to come to his shop and have him cook for ME anytime!! Wonderful 🎉 Video and Thanks for Sharing💜🤍🔮🤍💜
They’ve got their daily routine down to the minute and seem to be giving the customers what they came for - nothing fancy, yet extremely well prepared.
that‘s why i adore on this japanese people: they can cook and enjoy these dishes, they got style and a good sense of humour. and lastly: they are polite!
All that wonderful food, and the service, by just 2 efficient people- the suirai bowl looks delicious, as does the mushroom and tomato stuffed meatballs.
@@heythave "Doyagai" refers to an area where day laborers and economically disadvantaged individuals stay at inexpensive accommodations called "doya." Therefore, "the gentlemen of doya" refers to the people who gather there, and it reflects the reality that many of them are experiencing economic hardship.
I now feel very hungry watching this! The brothers work incredibly hard - and then after the customers have gone, they have to clean up everything ready for the next day. Wow!
I admire these guys beyond words. I love their entrepreneurial spirit, their skill, and their work ethic. I think the future may belong to Asia. Just seeing the char siu in the video made my mouth water, and I love that it it isn't dyed red like the stuff here in New Zealand. And sweet and sour pork liver? OMG!
