Exactly what I have been saying for years. The people telling you to torture someone could kill you as well without consciousness. You don't torture anyone else ever for anyone or any reason.

I was sleep deprived, meaning no dopamine or serotonin released, I felt like I was on a continuous epinephrine drip. I never felt sleepy. This went on for 4 years. The only thing that provided relief was listening to the bible on CDs. I had to take huge doses of setatives to sleep but I would never go through REM sleep. Absolute torture.
