I've been using a Pard 007 for almost 2 years on Air Rifles, FAC & sub 12 as well as 17HMR and .223. Not had any problems. Just love the ability to swap between rifles quickly. I also use it as a stand alone NV spotter.

Really nice video! Really like the explanation and the demonstration of what it looks like through it, rather than just talking about it. Excellent job! Just starting to look at some entry level night optics and really enjoying this level of detail and demonstration. We don't have a vast rage of suppliers that I have seen in New Zealand, so starting to having to look overseas and buying without the ability to test. Your video is very helpful!

Thanks for the video. It would be useful for me if you listed below the kit that you are using. I know you told us in the video but it’s hard to recall each item. 👍

I’ve the Yukon sight line N455S on my .222 and use the Hik Linx as my thermal spotter….. I fully agree; £500 for the scope £1300 for the spotter is more than enough… I have the same Pard on my rimfire….. the hik allows quick identification, but the IR scope has better target identification and clarity…. I stalk foxes on foot ( very hilly ground around here in Wales) the hik has transformed my foxing

Top action. Got a old 007 and a 008 pard, both took the ir filters out, Both scan good by 400yds, Fit trick is to fit a stock sleave on the end, so your near back to the norm on shooting position, ;) al

The other advantage of the 007 is that it can also be used as a handheld spotter. Which is helpful if you don’t have a thermal.

It's not very often my research pays off... but that's the same set up I've had for about a year now. I use a vortex scope though. Its probably not quite as clear as your footage, but I've still shot plenty of foxes. The Hik micro is great once you get 7sed to different species at various distances and zooms.

The LH19 has been a game changer for me - spotting quarry I didn't know was there. and NV (Sytong HT-60) adds an additional layer of identification. Not sure if I missed it, but what is the zoom on your SHV? I'm wanting to know if FFP reticles are ok with the PARD and if there is additional value with the IR (illuminated reticle) which it seems there is in low light. Your reticle looked great in the PARD though.

Nice, as always. What experience do you have with 850 nm vs 940 nm? In my experience the 850 nm scares some foxes. Thanks

Hi, is it the 16mm pard, ?? I'm looking into getting one but I've heard it's a base setting of 4 X magnification so I guess this means my 8x56 fixed scope will have a base setting of X 48 ???

Get the 12mm, it has the lower of the two base mags 👍

Do you think it was the same lame/limping fox you recorded in an earlier video in thermal about a month or so ago at the same location? If I remember correctly you were rat shooting at that time.
