Today, I’m showing a sneak peek of our new shop. The shop was originally just going to be Dillon’s, for his business, but after the amazing season I had at the 2023 CrossFit Games we decided to EXPAND IT!
Take a look inside the beautiful shop and see what our plans are for it. Dillon is a jack of all trades, butter him up in the comments & tell him how awesome his work is.

So amazing! I am super grateful for my Garage Gym... but most European garages are no where close to the American ones! Maybe one day I can move to a farm and get myself a Gym Shed full of all the extra workout stuff I probably don't really need haha

2 Questions 1. Is the name of the new gym going to be "The Shop" 2. I like the timeline on this build better than the house... Does the Boss Man see any issues that may cause a time delay going forward? I love the space and can't wait to sign up for my first "Train with Arielle" Camp!

No idea on name yet! We are open to suggestions! Timeline is much better for shop since we live here it’s something I can work on in the evenings! Some concern for delays are having to workout some evenings with Arielle since the season is under way! Can’t wait to have you!

I sell and install garage doors but I’ve been going to work with my dad ever since I learned to wipe my own butt and he’s done it all in the construction business
