0:28 - 1:41 is why the West Coast was the shit back in the 90s. They captured that raw street energy like no other. Then groups like Wu, Nas, Mobb Deep, DITC, Gangstarr, and BCC captured that essence on the east coast. What a time.....
Dude dogg food is definitely one of the top 30 best rap albums of all time. It was so smooth and hilarious. Snoop needs to get on Sirius xm and bring back the biggest balls of them all that's W-BALLZ
@PBB Gaming of course I'm talking about on death row snoop was the top star and he shared the limelight with pac when he got there remember doggystyle carried snoop from 93 niggaz was still bumping that album until all eyez on me came out what I'm saying is I think people forget how big snoop was I'm a snoop fan and pac fan but I didn't know too many pac fans back then people jumped on the bandwagon when he went to death row and when he died
Tray Deee in the back...Yup he was a shooter, the way he stood up and got in C Style face is like "N*gga we shootin everything in sight is u ridin or NOT"
The first song that plays after the beginning of the video is a song called Who Got Some Gangsta Shit that DJ Mustard sampled WITHOUT giving credit to Daz Dillinger for the sample.
@PBB Gaming@Jay Chilll What? This is before 2pac got out of jail. This was recorded in the late 94/beginning of 95. 2pac didnt even get out of prison until the fall
Nate Dogg(RIP), Daz, Kurupt, Tray Dee, Swoop G, Big and LIL C-Style, Bad Ass and of course Snoop Dogg. Thats a true click they all still cool to this day. Not like the fake rap clicks today just cuz they on the same label. DPGC The song is "Who got some gangsta shit" on Murder Was the Case soundtrack. I think they were talking about Lil Half Dead in the song but they cool again now.
Dog food ablum is so underrated I think it went gold should been platinum by far outta of all the death row ablums they had the best instrumentals off tops omg the instrumentals by its self omg
I've never seen Snoop drunk before. He' high all the time but the first 00:03 - 00:25 he's totally off the sauce at that point. He eerily reminds me of the drunk dudes in my hood that just run they mouth all day lmao @ his impromptu harmonizing "DPG fa liiife!" lol
Death row took rap to new commercial levels, but none of them really got paid. Master P and No Limit were the only true indies that got paid from the 90s. They were only big for a couple years, and P had 200 mil. So how much did everyone else get robbed? lol All of these dudes got pimped.
