Meet Anna, the founder of Healing Journey Retreats. After being laid off from the tech industry, she combined her background in neuroscience, over a decade of Airbnb hosting, and solo travels to create a meaningful venture addressing burnout, anxiety, and depression. In April, she hosted her first retreat in Tulum, Mexico, bringing together 9 perfect strangers for 8 transformative days. Despite this success, the challenges of solopreneurship triggered an existential crisis, leading her to return to a full-time tech job for financial stability.
