Yeah a lot of what you're saying is 100% true but I'm also going to throw in that other certain aspects of human nature which is we have the ability to become addicted to certain things because of certain reasons everything you mention could be a reason or an excuse and why we become addicted to eating or overeating

And you know sometimes it doesn't take a whole lot of willpower or self-restraint or anything like that or self-control to keep from overeating certain types of foods sometimes you just have to remind yourself that candy cakes and all those nice sugary things that I personally love as often as possible those are not meals everyday after you have a real meal if you deprive yourself especially once you're used to eating certain things you will crash you will crash and not like a drug way I mean like you will crash out of your diet I think it's okay to have candy bars here and there after a real meal because as much as I would love for Snickers bar to be a meal unfortunately it's not and I have to understand if I'm going to have strength explosiveness and being some kind of shape to do anything in my life I have to have real protein-filled meals and the candies can come after

Now overeating could lead to obesity but that's not the only thing that leads to obesity because sometimes everything you mentioned is another reason you know stress makes you want to eat more or less so either you become really skinny and weak or obese or just heavy set then of course there's some chemicals and things like that that they put in certain foods and the way they play without brains through airwaves if it's television or whatever in order to make us become addicted to certain things to amplify your ability to be addictive to something whatever you crave the most you've done inside whatever you're hitting sin is you become addicted to if it's food candy junk food sugary stuff salty stuff or just simply being a jerk or something but people become very addicted to lots of things alcohol drugs it's very annoying
