I am in a daily routine now of fasting between 7 pm and 10 am. I simply have some coffee in the morning and then eat my breakfast during my break at 10 am. Lost 20 lbs in 6 weeks or so.

My goal daily is no less than 12hrs fasting, some times i was able to do to 14 to 16 hrs. I've only lost about 1/2 lb a week but I'm really happy with my results. Each day I work at this, I know I'm helping my body ❤

What about a non-dairy creamer in my coffee? Does that break the fast?

Any amount of calories breaks a fast. Check the ingredients in the creamer you use.

1 cup of cellery juice has 3 to 5 grams of sugar and does break your fast because of the calories.
