Duct tape on the wing is called speed tape and it’s usually only used to cover a missing screw/rivet which from the engineers is allowed to be missing in some quantity. Source: was in the Air Force as an aircraft maintainer
Enjoyed the convo before the guest got there. You guys gotta do another ep without a guest, it's been awhile with just y'all three. Guest was great tho
There is a really high grade airplane tape that is used to keep integrity and seal screw holes until maintenance can be done. I've used it on my camper trailer, and it's serious shit.
Trenbolone does not convert to estrogen, it converts to progesterone. But Nicky Rod is correct, high progesterone is one reason why the side effects are so bad. There is a hormone called nandrolone (sold as a steroid called Deca) that some steroids are based on, also called "19-nor" compounds. Just like Dbol is a more powerful synthetic drug based on testosterone, tren is a synthetic 19-nor and is very powerful and has crazy side effects. Nandrolone based drugs are more anabolic or create conditions in the body to increase more muscle mass. Testosterone is androgenic which just means it attaches to androgen receptors and increases aggression, protein synthesis, sex drive. This is why test and nandrolone is a common stack for bodybuilders.
Planes are not profitable, a G6 new is 65 million, used is like 30 million if you flew everyday for 5 years you have to clear 36k a day not including fuel, flight attendant, pilot, maintenance.
This is interesting to listen to as a 24 year old guy who did one cycle when I was 16 years old. Like 600mg test and some deca with a little anavar frontrun
Not Duck Tape it’s Speed Tape only over rivets and the gaps it is not Duck Tape And the crashing brash position is so that if debris is flying around the cabin during a crash you don’t get hit by a flying food cart or person. Airline seats are very safe. Keep your seat up so you can evacuate the aisle quickly, literally think about the Japanese flight a little a while ago that crash landed and caught on fire. It’s about giving as much space to get out.
You shouldn't overdo the heavy lifting as a bjj athlete. I would pay less attention to heavy deadlifting and squatting and put more energy into movements that actually translates well to the sport with lesser injury risk. Examples would be the power clean, trap bar deadlift/deadlift jumps, Pulling/pushing a sled for 60-100 meters, heavy sandbag carries (200 pound sandbag), rope climbing.
💉. Good podcast. But did the guest introduce himself?. This was a complex subject, you guys should consider having this guy on again. Creatine and carrots 😂
