Bread brick 22x11x10 (cm)
The simplest homemade bread with a thin crispy crust and a soft, sticky brick-shaped crumb.
Ingredients:
500 g flour
5 g yeast
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp salt without a slide
330 ml - water at room temperature
Bake at 220C (428F) for 15 minutes, then lower the temperature to 190C (374F) and bake for another 15 minutes. Let cool for an hour or two before cutting.
