I only ever played this on psp and PS2 when I played Xbox 360 version it was like a whole new game because you don't have free roam on psp and PS2 versions

This open world. It feels dead. There are no activities to do like minigames. There are no people driving cars. There are just the classic characters repeating the same lines over and over. Hit and Run feels more alive and is better in that aspect.
