I can remember that how exited I was as a little boy to watch the Simpsons every Thuesday evening. Was the highlight of the day and I still watch it. I love cartoons even as an adult.

When this movie first came out, there were a bunch of Christians who wanted it pulled from theaters, and banned, because of the part where Bart is riding his skateboard naked, but they thankfully didn’t succeed.

While the animation is great and the voice actors did an amazing job as always, I still didn’t like the movie. We all knew the plot was going to be “Homer does something incredibly stupid” even before the plot was revealed and speaking of Homer. There is nothing likeable about him in this movie. Then again, this was the era of the universally hated “Jerkass Homer”
