Thank you very much! I’m glad you like it. This video will show you how to put the car on the road: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-6i4kNPY3beE.html
I visualised how I wanted to layout certain areas (eg shops, industrial, residential areas, parks, nature areas) and how I wanted to have them connected with each other. I wanted a very natural looking and cohesive town, so I have designed it with this in mind. I only used items in my inventory which fitted with the vision I had. I redesigned some small areas with the addition of new items in the events, but the overall layout has remained relatively unchanged. How you design your own town is completely up to you, and what makes you happy. There is no right or wrong way of doing things and you can always change things around at any time. The important thing is that you are enjoying what you are doing.
Just take it one step at a time, it can be a slow process to get organised. If you don’t need the income from buildings, store them in your inventory to declutter and to give yourself more room to work with. You’ll get there!👍
You first need to place the item on a surface it CAN go on. Then you take a large item from your inventory (or the shop) and place it over the top of that item (it will show red). Press X to cancel the placement of the large item. Then you can put another surface UNDER your original item like cobblestone paths or water or roads. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-6i4kNPY3beE.html
