I had a pyromaniac magician in Sims 4 that would go to other people's houses and set things on fire, and the fire always just put itself out after damaging one or two objects. Sims 4 is so cushioned
My girlfriend did the whole “let’s make us” in sims 4, but she accidentally made two of me- one that lived with her that hated her and another me that she wanted to meet “naturally” and who actually liked her back. So naturally she tried to kill me- no fires would get me, she did the ol’ put in the pool and take the ladder away but that doesn’t work anymore either. She resulted in building a small boxed room in the backyard and kept me in there and took away the door. I stood there in my bathing suit from the failed drowning attempt and pissed myself repeatedly and would call her while she was on the date with other me. I eventually, after like a week or two of sims time died…now I haunt her house and play video games while she has sex with other me. It’s oddly fitting.
Games are a universe where we can dress up as soldiers and murder each other in mass and tear out the throats of zombies, yet Sims is worried about sexuality labels and censorship of goofy deaths on their Mature rated game.
This is such a perfect Moose game. Surprised it hasn't been streamed before (though looks like you streamed Sims 4). Sims Online has an ongoing online community last time I checked and it's pretty weird. Worth checking out sometime. People on there are very dedicated and open to new players.
Even sims 1 has a community still!? Wow. That's actually pretty cool. I haven't dated too many people, but 3 of them have been obsessed with The Sims secretly and love to spend hours in it building. I don't know what about me attracts that type of person but they're usually pretty cool :).
@@ZeranZeran I used to have a barber who had a giant gaming laptop at work and played Sims 3 inbetween clients. Always found that hilarious. That's real dedication.
Sims 2 was the best Sims because it had Open for Business, the best Sims expansion of all time. You could open a store and sell anything in the game or open a hair salon or a restaurant or even an arcade/bowling alley/amusement center/museum. And combined with the other expansions, it opened up even further possibilities. I would often make my sims experts at crafting robots and flowers and have multiple stores selling those. You could even open a car dealership. Sims 3 had no Open for Business equivalent which made it far less fun than a fully expansed Sims 2. Sims 4 has a similar expansion, but I didn’t find it as robust as Open for Business. EA offered a free digital version of Sims 2 with all the expansions for a limited time if you had a physical Sims 2 because the disc version didn’t run on one of the more recent Windows versions, but sadly I only found out about it after the window to get a copy had closed. And Sims 2’s physical versions do not run on Windows 10. I really wish EA would sell a digital copy of Sims 2 complete again.
This was a fun stream, especially Pictionary! Its one of my favorite games. Watching those Ians aimlessly walking around, complaining and bickering was very amusing :)
So for about 30 minutes I had smooth jazz playing on another tab in my browser because I thought it was part of this stream and didn't realize you weren't actually playing music. I discovered this when I paused the video for a second and the smooth jazz continued to play, lol.

one of my tiger woods discs had syrup on and i tried scratching it off, which meant it didnt work, this tooth paste, water, micro fibre cloth stuff worked, and i'm very surprised because it looks like it has no right to.

the sheer number of artists who record simlish versions of their songs for sims. i mean fucking katy perry. slipknot. rise against. to name a few big names of random genres. ok go did as well. its basically its own genre these days.
Ian has this odd quality in him that just HATES receiving help. I had a few friends like that in the past. Hoping you'll be able to overcome that in the future! Unfortunately I won't be able to watch any future videos past tonight. Thank you for the years of entertainment!
