This is my new favorite build! I love converted anythings! Converted church, converted school, converted warehouse, converted mill, now converted fire station! Also, what an incredible family - I love them!
Congratulations on this amazing build! Your sense of proportion combined with your creative ability to see and utilize objects in new ways produce unique lots. I actually laughed in delight at some of your recycles of old content. Your builds remind me of the "Look Alike" books my family loved so much. I am now resigned to buying this pack. Sometimes I think your builds can't reach another level, but Schnuck, you know what? You have raised the bar to some builders that have more followers, but, don't come close to your builds. I hold you in the same regard I do with Marmelad, FreezerBunny, Bumpkin, Malin,and others. If the highest score could be a 10, you would get at least a 20... ❤💯

I have trouble to sleep since the pandemic start. Lot of things in my mind when i went to bed. Came across to one of your video last year and i find it soothing and help me to sleep. Yes ! that's it ! that's a true industrial style ! Every detil is gorgeous. I love that fact that everything seems logical and fonctionnal (for example : all the stuff above the windows in the living room are "accessible" with a ladder. That's the king of detail that makes the build beyound "simple" beautiful home. thank you for sharing your talent, you are a muse !

TOOL is awesome. But to make anything cool with it, you have to be majorly creative. I stick to just replacing windows and doors in apartments and putting playgrounds near my lots. Lol. But you are BY FAR the most creative person using this that I have ever seen. I am always downright amazed watching your builds and double checking you didn’t say you used CC because I can’t even figure out what you pieced together for it. It looks like totally different furniture. Lol. Super impressive and the mod is great and makes it possible but your creativity with it is what is so awe-inspiring.

It's not that I don't absolutely love industrial style, I'm just not for throwing more money into EA's maw than they deserve (which I probably already have). But you, you create this gorgeous conversion and I absolutely need this for Brindleton Bay now! 😢
I hear ya - I do plan on making a base game industrial loft & I also have a converted warehouse without the kit - for me there is only 1 object in the kit that makes an industrial build stand out and that's the duct work.

My game got super corrupted and made two copies of itself. I had to uninstall and out of frustration I deleted my mods folder. Now I'm vanilla building, your videos are showing I just needed a little more patience. But im still crushed by taking my frustrations out on my mods folder. Over 50 GB of CC is gone. 😭😭😭 Great build as always!

@@Sourpatches Yeah, I seen some really cute stuff in freeplay and wondered why we don't have it in pc/console version - I think they even had bunkbeds before we did.

It's honestly a lot to explain, there are many many aspects and steps that go into creating my videos, I sometimes use up to 3 different editors - but basically, I take a picture of almost everything - if I am moving an object I take a picture of every movement and then I edit them all together to make it as smooth as possible.
