Who cares? Seriously, what's the difference between being in a base reality or a stimulation? Would your empirical reality at base level be any different (your 5 senses) The simulation hypothesis is really just intelligent design in reverse.

@@SHAKNSHARINGKNOWLEDGE It gets even deeper once you add Intelligent Design because then, is the Intelligent Designer at base reality? Could they be a part of a simulation creating a simulation, reductio ad absurdum? This is why I say it does not matter; from the empirical perspective it does not matter if it feels real and from the rational, conceptual, abstract perspective all avenues lead to fallacious stances.
