I played this song over and over when I was working in a drama filled Radiology Dept. in North Carolina. It was one of those intriguing work environments where you went to work wondering if you still had a job there, and left thinking the same. Singing this song in my head, under my breath kept me sane. Several resident Radiologists on the evening shift also played this loud in the relative safety of their cubby holes (viewing rooms).
Is that a thing? Thats the high point of going to visit my mum and bro down by the sea, going for a smoke on the beach, there's actually a genre for the beach? Cant be, lush and errr at the same Time😃👍
That is not a “car” that is the one and only (well, maybe not only) Monkee Mobile designed by George Barris!😎 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-tTnCPSYEQFA.htmlsi=wFcQDpaquCZS8xiq

To me, it's a reaction to a visit to Los Angeles (where I live), but you could be right....(I don't even care if I'm replying to an 8 year old comment.)
My first question has always been,WHY did the Sisters choose to take that trip in Dean Jeffries Monkeemobile? Seems a pretty specific choice as it's bright and sunny past slides across the wasted refinery landscape...
