So for goomba jumping… you basically make yourself over encumbered and try to jump on people’s head and it will instantly kill them. Using this “technique” is looked down upon by a lot of players because it’s kind of a cheap way to try and win fights.
Looking forward to the next one. I’m getting raided continuously by the alphas on my server so I’m going guerilla until I can get some proper pvp in myself.
Gotta make it a long dragged out war with little victories (like you said, guerilla). The rat life is the way to go... always hidden and one step ahead of them. Good luck in your war, brother.
You're better than I ever was in PvP. I never quite got aggressive enough, especially when out-numbered, so got ganked a lot while trying to run. You're showing how aggression can actually pay off with these fights. Well done.
Lately, I been trying to practice as much as I can against other groups because as a solo, you're always going to be at a disadvantage, so might as well be ready for those outnumbered fights. From my experience, running from a group has only ever gotten me killed faster since I will eventually run out of stamina. At least if I stay and fight, I can maybe kill one of them before I die and that's more satisfying than running. BUT running is always the smarter choice against groups.
That was a royal ass whoopin' you put down on those two. Maybe they'll think twice about attacking a naked...maybe. I love watching your episodes. Much better than watching the random kill montages a lot of other RU-vidrs post.
Main issue with Conan Exiles is the stuttering. When you have multiple mobs it starts to just warp and lag like crazy. Makes it really hard to survive. Maybe it varies by server but its quite common.
LOL ..thank God..if you didn't take tht kit for principle of Goomba fighting like you did ,boy o boy Z I was going be so pissy ...😂😂😂you did right thing !! GG sincerely ur getting damn good on pvp end bro..!!
Problem with ice tea doesn't give you the seated effect, the feast yog does give you stam regen and seated wich helps with healing, best case scenario you have both because the tea and the feast effects actually stack, so you can maximize your stam regen ;)
Yeah, that's another downside of ice tea cause ice tea is just meant to be a stamina buff, not a health buff (sated). I still need to carry gruel with me on top of the ice tea. I'm always too lazy to cook feast of yog cuz I run through those so quickly, which is why I choose the cheaper option... gruel, but it's nowhere near as good as feast.
@@Zelosykesyea its annoying I normally use the silver coins from the kurak dungeon to buy glass flasks full them up at with a alchemist, farm ichor and bones/skulls at the same time with satire knife and then just kill some hyenas or panthers for flesh. With one big farm run you can get like 1k feast.
Honestly, you're right. I'll probably take some time next time to cook up some feast, it's pretty easy to get a ton. It's the best PvP food and it'll probably save my life more than gruel.
@@Zelosykes That's something I've questioned watching your vids before, why do you carry gruel? I understand that in PVP (particularly as a solo looking for fights) you don't want to put a lot of work into the big feasts only to donate them to other players. However gruel is the lowest sated buff available and for easy single item food choices you could be getting 5 to 7 HP/3 sec instead of just 1. I would suggest cooked pork rinds as the easiest at 7HP/3 sec or for just a little more work fish strips or cooked pork strips for 9/3 sec.
Just realized what server you're on when you were checking decay times at sink hole, I've been there about a week now seeing as It's one of the only NA servers that holds a population. See ya around 😂
what is the server name ? im not a conan player but would like to try it and see what happens but dont know where to look for serves lmao, a server with over 1700 age is too late to start in it, or is better to start on the ones lower than 1000 for beginning ?
Its upsetting when they pick a fight thinking itll be easy and then they get destroyed. I was anxious when you went back to fight their group with their archer support. Good work 😂
Archer support is devastating if you are solo against a group. I been killed quite a few times like that... just getting arrowed by the archer and then getting finished by the second clanmate. Thankfully things worked out in my favor for this one. Next episode is gonna be crazier, lol. 5 clanmates and a ton of archer thralls shooting poison arrows at me.
Based on my experience and what I've read and seen most players have a love/hate relationship with the game. There is a seemingly unending amount of content for a new player. Depending on how much information you source from outside the game you can spend countless hours playing and still not find half of it. The key is to play the game YOU like to play. If you are a hardcore PVP gamer, a role player, a builder, a hard core survivalist, or a hang out with friends on PVE server kind of player... Conan can provide that for you. The downside is there is always something that you don't want to do that needs doing and Funcom sometimes has a hard time keeping up with fixing problems on such a large platform. In the end I very much enjoy the game and have chosen to purchase DLC to add to my fun. For me, it was well worth the cost of admission.
Silver and Cold are ridiculously easy to come by. If someone struggles with these two resources, my god, you need to think your gameplay tactics a little :D
Any tips or advice for a new player that wants to learn more about the game? I don’t even know about metas, builds, where to get recipes, obelisks anything lol
If I was a new player, I would start by completing the new journey step system. The journey step system was completely reworked with the latest update and it’s pretty dang good at showing you the game and all of its different aspects. I would first complete that before I start diving into the meta or more advance stuff. There’s also plenty of tutorial videos on RU-vid so if you ever have any specific questions, you can just search it up. There’s a video for everything.
I agree with Z. I also suggest playing on a PVE server to get the game mechanics down. There will be a steep learning curve going from a friendly PVE to a PVP server but when you get there you will know where to get recopies you need, and how to level as well as basic mechanics.
When I had the 500 ice tea, I had maxed out my Expertise attribute… and this grants you more carry weight. I was using an Encumbrance build for that part of the video. 20 Agility, 20 Vitality and 20 Expertise.
Bro I really love ur videos but damn too many ads, I don’t know how RU-vid works, if they decide or you set how many ads you want to have in your videos, anyways, good content, keep going
Any Tipps how to get into Combat :D Back in the Game Now i Just consistently get doorcamped for hours or ganked while Mining Farming.. :D even when i have 20 agility and 10 Grit i Just get outrun by everyone and fuked without being overloaded 😂 ... When you get oneshot by max geared Players you realy cant learn anything about Combat
So if you’re a new player just getting into combat… I would just start out using daggers with q-lock (auto lock). Daggers are the easiest weapons to start out with because they require the least amount of skill to use. When you start out with daggers, just use Q-lock and spam light attacks (right mouse click) only. Best thing to do if you’re trying to get into combat is to find a sparring partner and just fight each other over and over and over until you start to get comfortable being in a fight. Once you start to feel comfortable with daggers, you wanna start practicing with other weapons that require more skill… like the spear for example.
This is an old video of mine and it shows literally the early stages of me learning to PvP. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-OCkeFPFOnJA.html In this video, I start out using daggers and as the episodes progress, I move on to a 2-handed hammer and then a spear.
