The Sky Tonight [August 22-28, 2022] 

In this episode as we look to the west, we find Spica and the constellation Virgo starting to set at this time of the year. Opposite towards the northeast, we find the constellation Cassiopeia rising and helping us to find an important star. By the weekend, we will look at Mercury reaching its farthest position from the Sun during sunset.

The Museum of Arts & Sciences (MOAS) is the primary art, science and history museum in Central Florida. The Lowell and Nancy Lohman Family Planetarium and the Cici and Hyatt Brown Museum of Art showcasing the largest collection of Florida-based art in the world round out the areas to explore inside the Museum of Arts & Sciences.
