When i first watched it i thought it would just be another slice of life anime with a really advance high school... But then Ryuen started beating the shit out of other students 💀... And i would have never expected Anyanokoji and Koenji to be so talented

The reason the anime is disregarded as much is because a lot of people think it reaches no where near the quality of the source material. Imo, the anime is not great but I’ve enjoyed reading it a lot. But again, everyone is entitled to their opinion. If you think the anime is great, you’re allowed to say that.

@Red Kirigiri well in terms of outsmarting it depends nagumos main weapon is his influence if he can use that yeah he probably will win but on even fields arisu would outsmart him arisu isn’t overrated she just simply hasn’t been that interested yet like in the new sports festival even though class A isn’t that physically capable they wanted to get rid of arisu as they knew with her around it could be hard to win as her strategical play isn’t exactly easy to beat I mean even ryuens and horkitas class teamed up and we’re both focused on eliminating arisu and they didn’t even think about someone like nagumo so I guess that says a lot
@Red Kirigiri yeah I guess in terms of pure outsmarting it’s fair to put ryuen and arisu on the same level but I believe both are probably still above nagumo don’t get me wrong nagumo is smart but he’s only able to do half the things he does due to influence and power we don’t actually know how well he would handle himself without that And difference is for arisu the reason I say she is as good as she is in year 2 volume 6 like I already said ryuens and Horikitas main worry was arisu they were just planning on keeping her out the festival as they didn’t want her giving orders to class A as they knew if she did they might lose I think that in itself considering class A is less physically capable than ryuens class but yet they were still worried about her the entire time makes it hard to say ryuen > arisu considering ryuens class already had the advantage + was with horkitas class yet they didn’t even worry about someone like Nagumo rather they had there eyes set on arisu and true nagumo wasn’t there direct enemy however it still benefits them to stop other years doing well in the sport exams as for example if nagumo did a 100 m dash with some 2nd years he would still get first place and get more points there for the exam still did involve competing with all the years

He did it all wrong. Number 1 is Ayanokouji Number 2 is Sakayanagi Arisu Number 3 is Koenji Number 4 and 5 are probably the characters from the 2nd gen white room. BUT, keep in mind that there is another character who was mentioned only once who is said to be smarter than any if these characters (excluding Ayanokouji). They say it in the LN, forgot the name but he is said to have been the top student of the school years ago
Personally i liked nagumos student council because he took the special exams to the next level like the second uninhabited island exam which was on fire 🔥
Each character in COTE somehow gives off vibes of famous philosophers. One prime example is Koenji. Now the reason I do not mess with people like Koenji's caliber is becoz Koenji is like Hobbes in anime. And I'm not talking about Calvin and Hobbes, I'm talking about the philosopher Hobbes and his definition of egoism.
Ayanokouji : god of white room. Meanwhile koenji to him: "Elevator boy, top floor" Sakayanagi: one of the best girl in cote who has enormous respect. Koenji names her: "Little girl". Ryuen: Everyone fears him, cause he is like a dictator. Koenji calls him a "moron" And names him "dragon boy".. Koenji is really a chad.
White room❌ Black room✅ Explaination:- the white created to make humans perfect being, like ayano, rueyn, and 1boy and girl from 4th season but... The black created to conquer white room and the only survivor of it was yamauchi, basically he's father created that room and he had seal his son's memory because he was too strong but Ymauchi pretend like he pervert and stupid he has memory of his past .. that's why he left school on purpose to rule the entire japan.... It is a fair argument, but remember Nagumo had 7 guys in his team against Koenji alone. That in itself makes it impossible for Koenji to win (it would take nagumo being a complete idiot for it to fail). And if I remember correctly, a lot of people knew that Nagumo was holding back so we can’t assume Koenji didn’t know as well. In the case of Ryuen, he can beat Sakayanagi not necessarily because he is as smart but he has the necessary tools at his disposal(katsuragi, physical prowess, unpredictability, etc…) So we can’t assume he is smart as Arisu just given that he can beat her class.

Kyotaka can't manipulate koenji because maybe because koenji know that kyotaka is the mastermind on class d that moved to class c but koenji is weaker than kyotaka
Tbh, I don't know about Koenji above Arisu. Thing is, Koenji doesn't like trying so by feats he's below Arisu and I can even give reasoning as to why Manabu is over Arisu in intelligence by a small margin
