After this podcast, I listened to this album again with older ears, and it hits differently. Ava Adore is still my favorite whore.

This is one of those albums that not only gets better with repeated listening. It’s better played start to finish.

2nd favorite Pumpkins album after Gish. To Shiela is my favorite SP song.

I saw them play the Adore album essentially on the Hoarde festival it was pretty amazing To Sheila Tear Nightmare And blank page are amazing songs Plus some other good stuff great album

Crazy how similar your taste (and age!) is similar to mine. I absolutely love Adore, as well as Bjork, Sigur Ros, Pulp, Weezer etc... But out of all of them my trinity were Pumpkins, Radiohead and Tori

Not sure if you ever covered this but still one of the best songs in existence… No Knife - the red bedroom 🤘

i've always considered this album Billy's best songwriting and vocals. The absolute best thing he could have done without Jimmy Chamberlin.
