⏩Ingredients for the Sliced Bread (25.5 x11.5x 7.5 cm):
400 gr of all-purpose flour (3 Cups + 1 Tbsp).
6 gr of dry yeast (2 tsp,18 gr of fresh yeast).
8 grams of salt (1 1/2 tsp).
2 Eggs (100 gr of Liquids).
60 gr of Water (1/4 Cup).
80 to 90 gr of milk (1/3 Cup + 1 to 3 tbsp).
60 gr of unsalted butter ( 3 1/2 Cdas).
30 gr of Olive Oil (3 Cdas).
40 a 50 gr de Azucar (Yo use 40 gr, 3 Cdas).
⏩Tips and Recommendations:
1. I use all-purpose flour with 9.8 gr of protein, not all flours has the same amount of protein, so you must always add liquids little by little to not add more than is need it, and if necessary, add a little more.
2. Remember to let your bars rest until they reach 1 cm below the edge of your loaf pan, they will grow better.
3. When putting your bars in the loaf pan make sure that the seams are below, touching the base of the baking pan and do not let your bars grow too much.
4. The dough weighs in total 763 gr and I make 4 bars of 190 gr each one.
