So Chris is the douche who kept blocking the sidewalk by leaving completely full trash cans in the MIDDLE of the sidewalk. I walk by that house every night with my dogs since i own a home just a few houses down from this one. Many nights I would find 2-3 completely full/heavy trashcans blocking the entire sidewalk. Every time i would move them because it's illegal to block a sidewalk, and there is a lady in a wheelchair char that lives on that side of the street as well who takes her little dog on a walk up and down that sidewalk. This includes leaving a vehicle, animal, or other object on or across a sidewalk in a way that prevents others from using it normally.
