Andy Reid was an Army corporal when he lost an arm and both legs after stepping on a Taliban bomb in Afghanistan in October 2009. Alex Kemp rushed to his aid with tourniquets and dressings to stem the catastrophic bleeding. Almost a decade later Andy spotted a Facebook post from Alex, who had since suffered chronic PTSD and become homeless. Andy was then able to return the favour and save the man who had saved his life, by helping Alex find his feet again. Andy and Alex join us to talk about how they've helped each other during difficult times.
