35:58 The way I like to explain it is Solidarity Economy is a Computer, and all the elements to it are spread out across the room. When you connect the printer, monitor, mouse, keyboard, tower, etc. you then can have a full experience. One way to experience Solidarity Economy, is by circulating wealth. That is the equivalent of power going through the system, it tells you "something is working."
