In Islander server passive growth is based on dino's tiers. Small tiers take 1-4h to grow and big apexes 5-8h to grow. Theri is tier 6 so it would be 6h passive growth and with questing it is about 5h :) Also in this server there is passive and aggressive herbivores and they have different rules. Theri is aggressive and can attack any carni that comes 4 body length to you without warning. Passive ones need to give 3 call warning and 10 sec to answer. I bet you would enjoy aggressive herbivores way more so please play more herbies in future too :) Also if you are not same species and not in group they can not help you xD that is why other herbies did not intervene when metri attacked you

Theri was 16ft tall 33ft long and weighed 12,000lbs. Also to have protection from other herbs you have to be grouped and with your own species

Awesome video as usual. Your Path of Titans videos are what convinced me to get the game on my PlayStation. It's a great game, I've been having loads of fun with it. I've always been a big fan of Ark and that's how I found your channel. But now I have a new Dinosaur game to play and I am loving it.

Have you read the rules for your server? is mix-packing allowed? herbivores might not be allowed to defend other species... Unfortunately in this game herbivores often don't care about each other, which sucks when you're used to herds ='( Dinos with venomous bites or bleed attacks often have a strategy of biting you then running away and waiting for that to drain your health over time, so chasing them down can be a good way to fight if your dino has enough stamina and speed 😉

Play The Isle if you want more realism like scent tracking and breeding. I don't think you will like it as last I checked there were no cosmetics other than limited ones at creation.

Hey axe you need to read teh rules they can not help you only team mates can fight with you and there is no mix breeding and no mix dieting on that server you can hang with other herbis but can not defend them
