Whilst Dilo is still my favourite playable in the game, if you had to ask me what my favourite 'non mod' creature is, I'd probably say Hatz!
With an amazing model, top tier calls and probably the best selection of skins in the game, visually Hatz isn't something to scoff at, but looking even further, you'll also find its move set allows you to play in two completely different ways!
Whilst obviously people are going to enjoy different payables, I strongly recommend you to check out Hatz!
I'll eat my HAT(z) if you're disappointed!

Quick tip: don’t use peck barrage, it’s honestly insanely overrated. Stab does 100 damage no matter what, which means it does more damage the majority of time, and it doesn’t need to be stacked. It also has a shorter cooldown.

That’s why it’s absolutely necessary that you hang around caves as a baby now… the foliage update will make it much easier to hide, I believe. That way babies and everyone else don’t always feel so out in the open

My issue with Hatz is the atrocious stamina. By the time you find food, you need to sleep to get stam, then it's disappeared

Yeah, a lot of its kit is taken up by making up for its stam, tho I find going for the +10% stam sub species along with the +35% stam hide helps a lot

@RheTree that works on community a bit more. But on official where it's used way more often in kos groups. It hurts way more. Trying to fly between poi's. And having Stam to grab a dino that hatz can lift sucks. You can't fit in the 35 reduced Stam when flying if you plan to be fighting with it on officials on the fly. Going to hc, swapping etc is not beneficial for hatz if it's actively hunting.

Honestly I don’t mind Rex being playable it’s one of the slowest dinosaurs and can’t catch up to anything that starts running before the Rex does. You really don’t have to fight it at all.

I do sound like a broken record just always saying that this is underrated and all but like what else am I supposed to say? Like I can CLEARLY see that each video is better than the last and it's honestly really cool seeing the improvement of this channel and to be fair as much as I don't like playing hatz and people who play it this video makes me dislike it at least slightly less because it's like wow someone having fun playing hatz? Definetly couldn't be me lol (Also where the hell was I did I just miss everything that was exciting on stream??)

Hatz can easily kill a rex if you can stay behind it and move away form its stomps, best abilities to use is the stacking peck and stab for fighting bigger things

ngl, peck barrage is never worth it, too hard to maintain and even with 10 stacks it only does more then peck if you hit all 3, peck and stab is the best combo imo for non grabbable targets

T-Rex had a bataar morph, so we have Tarbo in the game (he comes with less Armor and more DMG i think). ;)

Nice video man! I really love the hatz and i also like that they made it to a better ground fighter :D but i hate the fact that it consumes sooo damn mich stam now while flying.. it just really makes me sad.. Still glad u get so much out of it but for me rn its just unplayable
