I like how by killing the harbinger who tried to raise her as "King", She was made the "Knave", the lowest rank, a servant.

Clervie(arle’s friend) was the “mother”’s biological daughter, who was mistreated and abused for being too weak. Thats why arlecchino asks “do mothers usually argue with their daughters?” It sadly got lost in the localization

So her name is Peruere, she has been cursed ever since she was a child, she killed her friend Clervie, cause the former harbringer “mother” who she also killed, made the children of the Hearth fight amongst themselves to raise the best of em.

Ok the fact she is that strong as a kid/teenager and killed the previous harbinger only to take her place. Man just imagine how strong she is now.

Also did anyone notice how her arms slowly develop the curse and turned dark as the short progress and eventually peaked during the end of the fight against the previous harbinger?

Everyone talks about Arlecchino going ultra instinct. But I want to talk about that kick. That was so disrespectful I don’t even have the words for it

With how much she is promoted. I will now declare that *ARLECCHINO IS A MUST PULL CHARACTER!* Hoyo LOVES her

A fun detail is that the place she fights against the previous Arlecchino in, is now her boss domain.

8:23 The studio working on the Genshin anime has its own commitments. In order to maintain quality, they never make 2 anime series in 1 broadcast phase. the contract is finished/the story is finished then they release the new series. For now, they just have to finish the demon slayer story, which is estimated to have 1 season & 1 movie remaining. After the series ends, the Genshin anime can be released. Wait passionately and it will payed off🔥

3rd third I guess Peak Arlecchino casually killing a Harbinger, the animation and music was very well made I am still waiting for the Ufotable anime to drop, but yeah Mihoyo is cooking with the godly design and animations her backstory seems pretty sad and also her origin probably is the same as Caterpillar who is a Cursed Khaenriah citizen who somehow is able to turn back into a human form and grow It gives me The Promised Neverland vibes This was animated by their Mihoyo anime division For those that didn't notice the children of the House were used as test subjects which is there was a needle and her friend had so many bandages

Although it is only a short animation, it is enough to make us see that father had a sad enough past to create the cruel Arlecchino of today😢

Every Character in Genshin is full of Hope and Despair, Such a roller coaster ride of emotions. “Father, I’m in tears”

So that’s why she is called the “father” She doesn’t wanna get reminded of that bad woman.

I dont know why noone is mentioning this, but I always thought that you could see the Surprise in Arlechinno's eyes when her best friend is stabbed. I think she refused to kill her friend so she instead did the trope where she jumped into Arle's sword and that's why she said sorry and "youll be a great King"

It's probably HOYOANIME that animated this,since most of the genshin animations aren't commisioned to other studios due to artstyle difference and goreness level of genshin, but since they said frick it to both,it probably might be it.

I like how her fire slowly shifted color from regular to dark red like hellfire the more enraged she became

So many little nuggets of info in just one video! Arlecchino was disgusted by the actions of her "Mother" who acted nurturing but was cold and ruthless. Now, she continues the House of the Hearth as the "Father" who is seemingly cold and ruthless but who actually cares about the children. We also know that she is afflicted with a curse of some kind, which manifests by the blackness creeping over her hands and arms, much like Caterpillar.

The fact that Scara wears his coat open at the end, with his legs (and arms, kinda) bare, because he is a puppet and does not feel cold, is such a small but neat detail.

Somehow that kick just never gets old, the music really ties this whole production together, really an amazing production.

0:45 That stitched up bat is Il Dottore, it’s using a stethoscope and is rather monstrous. Nahida described him as a monster in the Wanderer quest. Wouldn’t be surprised if the HoH was a major source of children for his experiments. This could also have implications about whether he has continued to tamper with the HoH children.

Incredible!Such a great animation,the transition from childhood memories to fire,the fight being better than half anime (at least to me cause movement and all) and the symbolic of a ruthless but caring father against the loving but cruel mother.I heard some people say the place seen in the trailer with the siblings Freminet and the Traveler might be the same place seen in this animation!If it s true,that s so amazing!The girl seen is also on the version image or something,will we meet her ghost?I m so hyped!Also good luck to yall for Arlecchino and her weapon!(Please someone wish me good luck too lmao).

i like how father isnt just a title, for arlecchino a mother is someone horrible who show false love and is horrible on the inside, so she dicide to be a father who is strict and emotionless on the outside but she really cares on the inside.

To be honest, I wasn't convinced to her at the fullest, I just wanted her because her playstyle looks amazing, but now after this, I want her because I started to like her. Amazing animation.

Lore for Arlecchino is so good. I hope they do this with all the remaining. Teased former Harbingers and showing off Captain. Since he was at her ascension wonder if she'll end up given us even more lore bombs about him.

i just realised the reason arle looks at the flowers and seems like shes smiling or gets the motive to fight is because that pink haired girl ( idk her name ) wore a necklace which was that exact flower😭😭❤

We need more, so much more of this - which reminds me, that it has been a hot minute, since the anime by ufotable has been announced.

I was gonna pull for her anyways, but now i'm also gonna try for the weapon and/or a constellation too.

I cried the first time I watched it, and it just convinced me even more that I NEED to pull for her. This whole animation is so intense. When she showed up to fight the previous Knave I just yelled at my screen ,,KILL HER!" because I got so angry at this woman. And this reminded me so much of "The Promised Neverland". Watched both seasons, and I'm not gonna give any spoilers, but it really has similar vibes. And generally, I think the Harbingers have some of the most relatable and harsh backstories so far. I'd theorize that in the end, the Fatui are at least not generally evil. I'd say whether they are the good guys or the bad guys depends on perspective, but that's a topic for another time. Anyway, I'm glad that Arlecchino got to where she is today, because that "Mother" was a piece of garbage. Also, I've read many comments under the original video, saying that the "Mother" appears to be loving and caring, but is a freaking psycho in reality, while Arlecchino seems cold-hearted and strict, but only because she deep down cares about her children and wishes them to grow up into strong and independent individuals. Fascinating contrast.
