That’s Michael K Williams who played Chalky White on Boardwalk Empire and Omar Little on The Wire. He also played Tupac in the movie Bullet. He passed way too soon from an overdose.
Yes that is actually Uncle Junior singing. His real name is Dominic Chianese and I believe he made at least 2 albums. This episode was always one of my favorites of the whole series.
Fun fact: the guy who lets Jackie crash at his place is a cameo from another HBO drama, The Wire. I personally haven’t seen it yet, but it’s on the list!
@@amireal5458 It's not a "detective Tv show",....... ......per se. That's part of what the show is about, but it's NOT the main part of what it's about.
Pls don't watch for the love of god is so overrated. 1. Season 2 is trash 🗑️ 2. Extras horrible 3. Scenery production bellow low budget . 4. Was so bad actors had to take pay cuts . 5. All the police stereotypes from all cop shows on cable 6. Didn't win shit , got popular last couple of years cause of a race thing
well it's better for him to be like that instead of like jackie jr. if you are not really built for that lifestyle but still pretending tough you are doing nothing good to yourself or ppl around u anyways. edit: come to think of that; bobby wasn't also built for that lifestyle, inheriting it from his dad, but he was wholesome enough to keep his head clean of unnecessary b.s..
"son of a mobster" That's not AJ's life experience. He's just some bougie suburban kid. All he knows is he's got relatives with funny nicknames and a fridge full of great good.
Finally caught back up with you on the last few episodes of the season, really like how you connect the dots in each scene quick it feels like you say the thoughts in my head as it happens💀 Congrats again on 20K too you're the best at it! Excited to see your growth just remember me when you hit 100k😂
Yep, that's Dominic Chianese (Uncle Jun) really singing. He's even released a couple of albums of Italian songs. Love your insights. Subscribing now & looking forward to more Sopranos.🩵✨️
11:04 "Jackie Jr. was shot to death, by his own cousin Vito Spatafore, on the orders of his mother's boyfriend Ralph Cifaretto, at the housing projects in Boonton." The way they blame everything on some imaginary unidentified Black males is unreal. You can practically set your clock to it!
Ralphie wanted Tony to give Jackie Jr. a pass, but when Tony made it clear it was Ralph's decision and it would be on him, and that the others would judge him for it, he did the politically expedient thing and had Jackie whacked.
At this point in the series, it was hard for me to tell whether Anthony had inherited his panic attacks from his father or not. I for one have never had a panic attack in my life, but if my parents had enrolled me in a school whose principal looked like Jigsaw, I would have definitely had one!
Maybe the predisposition is inherited but it's learning his father is a Mobster and how people treat him is what puts it into motion. Same thing as Tony.
Journey Marie : "He's about to get caught......." **He gets shot in the head two seconds later** Journey Marie : (***Super Shocked Face like she didn't see that coming like ......(**checks notes**).......5 seconds ago....***) LOLOLOLOLOLOL!!!!!!!!!!!!
I forgot all about my girl Journey glad I caught this I was letting you get a few episodes ahead on a few shows and stopped getting notifications on the regular
27:02 "that's what they all say. then they get caught up in life again." ain't that the truth. though i have known a couple people that did smell the roses.
16:51 Who's chopping onions in here? One of the reasons I'm enjoying rewatching this show with you is because you're so empathetic towards the characters. You're so switched on, nothing gets by you! ☝🏼
This Finale was ok, I think Season 1 & 2 Finales was definitely better, But I am lookin forward to your reaction on the 4th Season, Enjoying all your reactions as always👏🙂
It's crazy how Tony blamed black people for killing Jackie meadow knew her father had him killed and Carmella knows it deep down love the video Marie stay motivated Dream big 1 mill on the way
"meadow knew her father had him killed" When Meadow said "this is bs" at the end, she is saying to Tony that Jackie Jnr was whacked because of those people in that room and Tony knew it.
Ralphie fault for jackie , is like he don't like young people idk . And Tony did him good , he a captain his responsibility, if he gave jackie the pass everyone will hated Ralph and turned their backs , or in this case his call , tony got nothing to do with the decision
Yes it was ultimately Jackie Jnrs fault but he was born into this life, that is what a big part of this episode is about. He has three options get into this life and succeed, get into this life and fail (which he did) or move away from his friends and family also everything he has known and get a real job and support himself. The third option is extremely difficult for someone like him with no qualifications, degrees or work experience and probably a police record.
@@luffyKoP123 didn't win shit and actors took pay cuts just to finish it , season 2 and last were god awful bad , extras horrible, not to mention production -_- and how do you even call it great !? Is beyond me , well then again Americans think Jay-Z is great so no surprise there
@@casteltheghettomonk4392didn't win shit? What are you talking about. You base the quality of something on whether it wins awards? This isn't sport. Forrest gump won the best picture Oscar against pulp fiction and Shaw shank redemption.
