thank you for bridging the two realities which i guess are one, but not in a flakey way, it is wonderful to acknowledge that there is suffering out there, and you cannot always just tell the characters that it is not real, that doesn't work, but being a loving compassionate person can be felt by any character awakened or not awakened, lovely thank you

Suffering is not an illusion so that we understand that all of life is not an illusion. All of life is real because God created all of life. Suffering was introduced into the world when a real time Adam and Eve rebelled against their Creator and brought sin into the world. This is the only way to understand our life experiences.

This moment is exactly what it is. But, since we're simulating our experience, we're capable of simulating it as something other than what it is. The difference between the way it is and what we have simulated is suffering. Literally resisting what is. Be extremely careful that you don't imply anything ontological with these statements. It is entirely possible everything is actually happening in some would were all embedded in which we can only ever know through our dreaming in it. While it is unfalsifiable, it does in fact seem plausible given the fact that things like science work.

I was trying to feel out your material to see if it resonated, and then you compared life to an Improv Comedy trope, and I’m in. Sounds like sarcasm but I couldn’t be any more serious. I am also a physician exploring non-duality and trying to stay humble as I become aware of all the concepts you mention, while so many of my colleagues continue the struggle of doing this healing work in a world that really can’t sustain it.

What I don’t understand is how MDs can discuss this but not discuss like biology? Like maybe your thoughts aren’t you but maybe they are the biological mind pushing you to be social, connected, make babies? I don’t understand how that leads to their being no one looking. Maybe there’s different parts to a very real and very separate biological/social and spiritual body. I’ve follow several ND folks and while I thinks it’s fine to explore for parts of the day I actually don’t think it really encompasses reality which involves a complicated nuanced and layered mind. I value my separateness and my togetherness. I see both is totally real simultaneously.

You suffer because you think. And you and anyone else watching this obviously think and conceptualize too much which is why you suffer. Stop trying to figure it out and understand. Language is conceptual and reality is not a concept. You will never understand it through Language through thinking. Stop suffering now, by stopping thinking!

If I were to guess, I'd say you'd become a Buddhist ( which is all good, but I'm curious)...but you're more like a Buddhist caught in the Matrix? ... Which is soooo frustrating if you're aware that that's your situation...
