It was the best trip of my life and i honestly did not want to leave! We met with a realtor there and everything! So I’m literally praying that everything works out because I want a place there. It felt like HOME!

One of the coolest things now is that one can fly directly from Newark to Cape Town. Also, Delta and United each have direct flights from USA to JNB. So many options for our AA friends to travel.
Africa is a continent with 54 different countries and plenty of beautiful cities / areas to visit. Thanks for showing a bit of Cape Town. Hopefully, one day you'll get to visit Zanzibar, Seychelles, Mauritius, etc. All of the Africa that the media / westerners do not want the rest of world to see.

Thanks for the wonderful summary of our Mother City. I live in the Winelands, 70km from Cape Town, but you made me want to go visit our beautiful city! As you said, the CT vibe cannot be explained, only experienced. Mostly attributed to the easy going demeanor of its people. 💕
As a lifelong Capetonian I would suggest that the best time to visit is Feb/March. It can be pretty windy from Nov to Jan and also very busy from mid December to mid Jan as that is when the schools take their long break and all the up country locals arrive in Cape Town.

South Africa is beautiful and most people there are very welcoming...That said South Africa like the USA still has alot of work to do in terms of it's native south African citizens having access to the wealth of that beautiful nation. There still are 2 South Africa's one for the haves and one for the have nots who mostly are the Black South Africans. These are facts and not lies. Like you I have been to South Africa and maybe unlike you I have been there many times. Still miss my Chicken Licken lol..... Remember there are always 2 sides to every story and adventure. I am hoping that South Africa achieves the true freedom and peace it has always wanted for it's people.
Thank you Greg i dnt mind tourist but it's up to the black race especially who are tourist who visit only cape town to educate themselves about our history most times ppl tend to get lost wen they see whites living large in cape town and they think that is the reality everywhere in the country the is a painful reason behind that ppl should not be quick to judge bcos wen you travel within different provinces in the country you see a different view the black middle class that have been growing more nd more over the years even within our struggles

Hey. Thank you for watching! We all had to have negative Covid Tests at least 72 hours before traveling there. No other immunizations to travel there. Just be aware if you travel British Airways and if you are traveling through London that there may be a specific app you have to download that will make it easier to pass through that contains all your Covid test results and what not. The cases are spiking again in the EU so the restrictions are constantly changing! But you will have the TIME OF YOUR LIFE THERE!

Is it possible to also show the different cultures of Cape Town.Show the Rainbow Nation as the late Desmond Tutu would call it.The different cultures is what makes Sth Africa so unique.Living in harmony.
You didn't even enjoy Franschoek which is about 40min drive out of Cape Town. Much better views. Also, just through the Hugenoot tunnel you find an all different value of even greater wines located in the following towns: Bonnievale, Robertson, Montagu, Ashton, McCreggor and many others. All still within the Western Cape. Cape Town (the City specifically) is a buzz of life, but if you're into the tranquil life of the average South African, you either reach into the northern suburbs of Cape Town or you travel to the true wine valley of South Africa (Robertson).
American visitors outnumbered British and German visitors over the past high season. Mainly due to Covid restrictions but hey, we welcome all US visitors to our country! Spread the word.
