I saw the Spanish Riding School in Adelaide, South Australia years ago and was so emotional that I had tears rolling down my face throughout the whole show. The horses were stunning, magnificent, beautiful. As a child I read the books by Alois Podhajsky (Director of the Spanish Riding School) and fell in love with these magnificent horses. ❤️ Wish I could ride like those guys.
I have the coffe table book, when my cousin was in Vienna❤ being a horse owner rides dressage, she brought me back a huge book, about the riding school, its gorgeous ❤️🐎 4:39
2.00 ...a riding instructor used to make us do all this ...co-ordinated stuff in trot...merging into single file etc. parting off then merging into single file again then crossing each other on the diagonal. Obv we were very scrappy compared to this!
@@o.fuentes5958 When the Spanish School will be 450 year old then we can talk, I have been in Spain to see the show, I am sorry to say but most of the horses not working correctly, it looks like circus.
@@faibishclassical Spanish horses have fame for more than 450 years. Spanish horse was famous even in Rome Empire times, where are you from clown? You know that mostly horses for movies are spanish or spanish descent right?
@@BicornioSPA - most horses in Hollywood films are quarter horses, Thoroughbreds, or crosses depending on what is needed. They are *not* Andalusians or Lusitanos, or even Lippizaners.
