This is a copy of the extremely hard to find direct to video Christmas movie “The Special Christmas Gift”.
Since the original reddit thread on r/lostmedia, only a VHS rip of the movie has surfaced online via Archive.org.
While it is great to have that out there, much like OP, I too found this movie at a thrift store on DVD as well.
Since OP was not able to provide a DVD rip of the film, I figured I'd rip my copy to put it on RU-vid for all to (possibly) enjoy.
consider it a late Christmas gift from me to you.

One thing to note about this copy is that it is identical to the VHS version, even down to the warning screen at the beginning of the video, just in semi better quality.
