I don't know what he meant but I am keeping my spine erect from some days. It is magical. You have to master your spine and a particular sitting posture. It can take you an year to do so. But it will open a lot of possibilities for you.

@@abs1965ify sofas are not designed to sit straight. You can sit on a chair. But I prefer to sit in a cross legged position mostly. Your main focus should be on your spine. Sit anywhere but try to keep your spine straight.
