But Spooky will happily be with you and keep you company. Please make sure you have stairs for them if you plan on letting them on the bed or couch. I'm a "big dog" person too but Spooky is soooo adorable. I LOVE the merle and your friend has done an amazing job socializing the puppies. I bet Kori would love him. The beautiful thing is that Astara (sp) will grow up with him. There is something so special about puppy and child bonds. 💓💓

Wow, Gypsy adopted him FAST! When we brought home our new puppy in September, the 7 year old showed little interest, and mostly fled from her sharp teeth and claws. We were afraid we had left it too late, allowing him to become a staid gentleman only, but after a couple of weeks, he started to respond to her playfulness every once in a while. Now he initiates play as often as she does, and both of them are thoroughly enjoying each other. It is so sweet watching her imitate him perfectly!

The tan pup that ran up Spanky’s chest is very similar to my late dog, “Latte”. I still miss her incredibly after 10 years. We just adopted a 7 yo Rotty from my step daughter, but I would still love another Chihuahua. They are far too expensive for this pensioner though.

All around animal lover. I am NOT any kind of Expert, however I believe this one is an Applehead Chihuahua, by the shape of the head. I have cats, at the moment. I have around 16 total. Most of them are FERALS. That doesn't mean anything to me as they are all sweet and wonderful. Most of them cuddle right next to me, at night. I have six kittens and their mother. The mother was tossed out of a moving vehicle. My neighbors saw it happen and asked if I wanted the kitten. Three months later, she had seven kittens, one was still born. I do everything I can for them.

I loved my little chihuahua very much. He was handicap and had to wear a diaper I had to carry him. He was very loving. He brought me happiness everyday. Sadly he passed away 2 years ago. I miss him dearly.

I love the idea of being able to tuck him in an infant sling and just have him chill while 'wearing' him. I hope housetraining goes well and he settles in quickly. Chihuahuas are the best. Hard to potty train but great dogs. Ive had 3. I have mine wee wee pad trained which is awesome. Leave food out all the time for them. they just eat lil bits at a time . Congrats on your new baby.

My dog has slept with me every night since I got her at six weeks old. I tried the crate but she cried. Lol, I gave in. Glad I did, she's a pit bull and she loves everyone she meets.

I'm so cautious around her,, she is small and I always think she is gonna break. She was the runt of her litter but was always taking on her brothers n sisters. She has little dog sydrome, thinks she can take on big dogs. She's always trying to take on our 60 lb. Pitbull.

I love my lil chihuahua. Arti. Artemis prime lol I was actually looking to get another Boston Terrier. When my friend said hers had puppies Arti was the runt wasn't sure he was gonna make it. When I took him get his shots he wasn't a pound yet. Couldn't get them so waited a week and he weighed just 1pound. He is now 4-5lbs. And I absolutely love him!!! I put a bell on him when I first brought him home because he loved getting under my feet. 😆 you're gonna have a ball with lil spooky. Enjoy. Spooky is so cute! I always called them rat dogs too. That and yip yip dogs. Until I met my Dobby. She’s a Chiweenie. I would never have imagined I could love a small dog so very much!
