13:47 it’s the court uniform of a British Colonial Governor for one of the British Commonweath countries or protectorates. Basically the monarchs representative in that area.

That one table where you said the swords were from the 1700s isn't correct. Most were from around the time of the War of 1812 through to the 1850s.
