@thesprinklefactory What are your thoughts on making this in the crockpot? Also what about not cooking the spinach? I am thinking that it can cook in the lasagna...

Janda Roberts crockpot should be fine! And when spinach cooks it releases a lot of liquid, I like to be in control of that lol. It is totally up to you, but both of your suggestions will work just fine ❤️
