@@TyDieMusic yeah not sure how he can do that. The game and mod is installed in a stand alone folder separate from the EFT Original folder. Especially if you are not connected to their servers or loaders.

They're leaving money on the table. I know a ton of people who'd buy it in a second if it was SP/Coop. But Nikita's firm in that not being his "vision" for the game.
@@GolemCC it has always been the vision for the game, tarkov was created as and still is supposed to be the foundation for their single player/coop experience russia 2028.
Editing at beginning was great, that "Stop it. Get some help." has to be one of my faves! 😅 Started SPT again today, played way back before lighthouse and had a blast. Suffering today, only survived 2 of about 10 raids, I suck! Hence why I'm on SPT, late wipe it's just death simulator for me, I'm shite with kbm, only got my rig 2020, console peasant mostly cause my buds are poor! Currently planning on factory running to a few junk boxes or till I'm not so terrified of all gunfire

@@quarteros I bounced around for awhile before I decided to just play SPT but I did see the difference between my gameplay and my friends when I switched from SPT to Live. I don't feel as anxious because I treat live as just a place to hang with my friends and when I get frustrated or get too anxious I can always return to SPT because it's my main go to.

I don’t know if I installed a mod or something that added this, but when I kill the pmcs they send me messages like “cheap shot” or “you had good angles on me” which is lowkey cool af to make the game feel more alive instead of just a sandbox with bots
This is pretty neat with the mods, I remember getting several modded new faction squads and mod that added pmc bots that supposedly had them set to behave like players, 4000 quest mod that is probably pointless but still cool, if the game wasn't janky and unoptimized I'd get back into it

Got this installing right now. This was my first wipe and it just isn't fun getting head,eyes'd through everything, on full auto, the moment I find anything of any real value.

@@boukm3nthey can keep claiming this all they want, they physically cannot scan your computer files, its a breach of privacy and they would get sued or something, people are fine so long they do not run sptarkov and running the live launcher

Everyone please remember that a lot of the most recent gaming innovations were mods. Battle royalle games? Mod. MOBAS? mod. One of the last super cool gaming innovations were the extraction looter shooter done best by BSG. Only they lean way too hard into the "i know best" mentality. That is a good mentality to have IF YOU ARE CORRECT. So often recently BSG has resisted changes the entire community wanted till enough people made it happen (recoil and stamina). I have no idea why they cant try harder to implement mod ideas and credit those that did what they did. They cant just port in mods they have to keep the integrity of their IP going but how hard would it be to pick and choose mods that were a good idea. All of this doesnt matter that much though with the cheating and the desync. Desync might be worse then cheaters because you feel cheated and it can happen all the time with anyone even the ai.
I really hope BSG doesn't try to.put the hammer down on SPT it really is great I just got it last night and I'm actually enjoying the 100+$ I spent on the game..
I truly don’t think they can do anything about it… it’s a separate file and doesn’t connect anything online to your main! Should be good man… I actually just downloaded it because of a friend that told me and I’m gonna be playing this until they truly do something to the online game that is actually good and needed! Single player should’ve been in here honestly before PVP and it’s sad that they are janky with their ideas and ways of dropping shit. Pre Alpha player here btw!

Just curious as to the accountability of playing SPT, can we be banned for downloading and playing SPT? I own EOD edition and love the game I want to get my friends into tarkov but I'm worried they won't like the game as much as I do so I wanna get them to play SPT on my pc so they can experience the bare base of the game without having to use my online PMC/Scav runs TLDR; Can we be banned or punished in any way for playing SPT?
Hey there, long story short you need an actual legal copy of Tarkov to play SPT, it is stored in a completely separate part of your computer and it never connects to the live BSG servers, I too have edge of darkness live but stopped playing because I don't particularly care for multiplayer games. TLDR;- No, if you own the game legally and install correctly
Nikita just said on Reddit if you play SPT it is bannable. He said there’s going to be future action on players who play it. The dumbest response ever and that’s why Tarkov sucks right now. They don’t understand what a great opportunity SPT is for them. They can release DLCs and other things for a nice coop PVE experience with friends. It would completely change the game for the better. While they work on fixes for hackers, they can do their own version of SPT to keep us busy. They obviously would take the lazy route and punish modders instead of hackers
@@boukm3n they cannot do anything against those playing sptarkov, they would have to scan your whole system and all the files which is a breach of privacy. i been playing sptarkov and live and still no bans
I play nothing but SPT now. Can't hang with the Chads online. I work and have a life. So SPT works better for me. My wife and I play all the time. Just wish BSG would add a co-op mode like SPT on the actual game.

I love that this exists but there is a HUGE problem. Say what you want but PMCs are WAY too consistent. All they do is Burts to the chest and nothing else. They also steal scav spawns/ patrol paths and outside of their aim; act like them too. But other than that, it's fun running around with 35000 HP, dev mask and still die to landmines xD
There's nothing that can truly come close to replicating how real players actually play Tarkov but there are a couple of mods (SAIN or SWAG/Donuts) that do amend the AI behaviour GREATLY. Don't get me wrong, I can still and will absolutely get outplayed by the harder difficulties that SAIN has to offer. Some of them feel cheaty to be sure but it forces you to play different. After all, I don't really want it to feel too much like live, it's why I play SPT.
Want to give u a/an warning. Chnnels have ben terminated becuse of AKI stuff if BSG finds out. they then Strikes videos not being online or other bullshit. still what reason they use is meh/unknown. Still alway on the look far a good SPT-AKI Series. Played to level 66 so far myself on SPT-AKI. thnaks for good video

How do you keep your game from stuttering for like 2 seconds every time an AI is generated? I've got a monster rig and AI limiter on and stuff but no matter how few AI i have, the generation of those few makes me slow mo for 1-2 seconds..
great video what does it mean you cant go back to a map more than twice is that through a whole play through or over a certain time . Not sure if you need to return to a map for other quests
Hi I'm glad you enjoyed it! And it means per raid. So if I go to customs and die in the raid , I have to go to somewhere else like woods for example before I can go back to customs.

Wonderful content for your first video ever. The only thing that put me off a bit was you insulting yourself, it's much more appealing to audiences to complement yourself even if it's ironic than it is to talk about yourself as if you feel you're a loser, apart from that you kept the video very engaging and this was very impressive for a first go
So what are we looking at in regards to the risk of being banned for playing SPT? Might buy a copy if I can get away with it. I refuse to play the multiplayer with the current state of the game according to almost every eft streamer lol
It is all completely offline when it comes to SPT. I haven't heard of any bans because of it. Just people who illegally play the game and do not purchase a legitimate copy first.
@@rozecaliber copy that! I think I'll grab the game and just strictly play SPT until I've fully learned the maps and mechanics. Hopefully by then theyve made progress on all the shit they screwed up like the audio and desync, then I'd gladly get into real Tarkov mp. Followed the game for years but never bought it, huge learning curve and I've got other shit to do 😂 this should change that.

That is understandable. And unfortunately BSG doesn't like mods being showcased or SP being installed in video format. Me and multiple other content creators have already received strikes from content like that sadly. I'm glad you enjoyed the video though and I apologize for the audio quality in the first vid. I might be wrong on this one. 4:34 = Nice! i do use SamSwat weather change mod too. 8:31 = /!\ Okay, that's sad! I love to see the gameplay. why not? /!\ 9:03 = LootOverlay. You made so that loot have a higher multiplier for spawning. Intelligence folder at that amount you have more than 5x the default loot spawn for customs. i noticed that backpacks have normal size in compare to your container. If you want to, please contact me, and i provide you a custom mod with features that you might want if i can get to code it and if i don't have it already. Your play-style is very similar to mine! I believe we have alike mindset in regards of game changes that fit our ideal gameplay.
You have a good eye! Although for some reason. Loot Overlay wasn't used. I never increase the loot pool it was a bug from another mod that went away when I updated the game later in the series. Good job!
Aye man do you notice scavs taking way more bullets than normal? And also beaming you more than usual? I’m having an issue with AI in the single player mod
Yeah from 12.12 onward the AI has been screwed - ie. too much laser bot. There's a fair amount of discussion on reddit etc. about it including config tweaks etc. - and there's a mod to return to 12.11 AI - but I'm not sure where that's at for current version compatibility. I personally directly tweak the configs. You can config bots to not be able to headshoot you and for each level there's config values that basically reduce bot alertness and accuracy. Then in the actual bot configs you can tweak all kinds of stuff, but primarily it's important to reduce grenade accuracy and reduce hearing range (that actually makes bots more active - ie. they don't hunker down waiting to ambush each other and the player from all the way across the damned map). You can also tweak the accuracy and reaction times of all classes of bots - so I make all of them same as weakest normal scav (which is still no pushover I can tell you!), with higher tiers still more dangerous of course because they have better weapons and higher damage. That IMO actually makes them more realistic (one of my big hobbyhorses is more difficult is NOT necessarily same as more realistic - a BIG mistake ARMA games made with their helo flight models) - ie. IMO it's realistic to be able to occasionally sneak up and surprise bots - as well as have them screw up by running into you and genuinely being surprised as well - I could swear they were human in the way they react - it's great - they're all "AARGH! - run away, run away!!". At the end of the day same as with Inertia (I try to eliminate that too) I do not know why BSG has been progressing toward screwing so much stuff up in Tarkov since 12.12 - just gotta hope we can keep tweaking it back to playable...

@@fabioandres6146 Yeah - I edit the Bot configs to make them less totally deadly (save copies of any original configs first so you can restore them if the changes crash the game). The config files can be edited using Wordpad - if you only change values then you can just "save" and the files will work fine, but if you paste in stuff then you need to mess with the paste options - choose "paste special" and then "unformatted text". In the "core.json" in the main Bots folder you need to change the headshot value to false ("CAN_SHOOT_TO_HEAD": false,) - then go into the individual bot type configs in the "types" folder. In the bot type configs there are a number of sets of configs for "Easy", "Normal", "Hard", "Impossible" etc. - it's possible that as long as you always set the bot difficulty for each raid to "Easy" then only the "Easy" sections in the Bot types might need to be altered - but I'm not sure - so I just alter ALL of the difficulty sections. The two sections for each bot type that need to be altered are the Aim and Core sections. In the aim sections there's a value that sets how quickly bots react - my setting for that line is: "FIRST_CONTACT_ADD_SEC": 0.5, My std Core section settings - which I apply to ALL difficulty sections are below: I make the time it takes bots to refine their aim longer, reduce their hearing range, increase their scattering (normal longer distance scattering not the close scatter), and I increase the time they take between shots from cover. With these settings you WILL need to take cover quick and/or get shots onto the bots real quick or you WILL take hits but combat becomes entirely survivable. Pretty much soon as you get shot at, those shots are still damned close and your vision will be blacking out with the near hit effect etc. - but combat is survivable and the bots end up seeming very humanlike - you can even sneak up on them sometimes. I don't care if my account gets banned playing this, if there are cheaters in my game that don't allow me to do tasks the game is broken... they know my exact location the entire raid... head/eyes... I just need to get better..... next raid, my ratting is turned up 100, leopard crawling the entire map... head/eyes... wap waapp waaaaaaapppppppp
@@rozecaliber How does that run then since I got the idea people full reinstall the game on a other drive for max safty really trying to look into getting into SP EFT since the german servers are just cheater heaven this wipe and I am so done with getting head eyes 5 seconds into raid.
