I have 5 questions (just did this quickly, so will review over the coming days) 1. Are you feeling 'not yourself '? 2. Are you experiencing health issues/pain that the Dr cant really offer you enough support with (they may have told you that you just need to accept your shit situation)? 3. Are you ready to make long-term changes to your lifestyle (as long as you feel its improving your situation)? 4. Do you have the time and financial resources to invest in yourself? 5. Are you willing to look at all aspects of your life/body/body systems/habits/mindset and understand that no one system works alone and where you are experiencing issues may be coming from something unexpected?
I've given this some thought, a challenge to choose questions with such high stakes 😁 here's what I came up with. I am a spiritual life coach helping professional women who have been bullied. Questions. 1. Are your work, relationships or self-worth at a low point? 2. Do you find it hard to trust others with the real you so you hold back? 3. Do you believe that you're not good enough, lacking in some way or get scared of not getting things right? 4. Are you tired of being overshadowed by bullying and wish you had more control? 5. Are you open to working deeply with your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual self to heal and grow?
I'm a psycho-spiritual transformation coach and psychedelic sitter who serves people challenged with depression, anxiety, addiction or are struggling with relationships with loved ones. 1. Do you struggle with depression, low-level anxiety or social anxiety and have you found that prescription medications do not help? 2. Hello Tad, thanks for a fun exercise - I am a teacher and guide for women healing from a Mother Wound and use research-based science and spiritual tools help women become empowered and thrive. 1. Do you have a challenging or difficult relationship with your Mom and are struggling in your adult life in some way? 2. Are you willing to accept that healing your Mother Wound will likely not improve your relationship with your Mom and the focus is on improving your quality of life and making peace with that relationship as-is? 3. Are you willing to develop the parts of yourself that did not fully develop as a result of your childhood wounding (i.e. self esteem, empowerment, etc.)? 4.
