I am IMTIAZ HUSSAIN from Pakistan, Unfortunately I lost my both legs in my early childhood due to POLIO, I can't move without wheelchair, I am badly in need of an Electronic Wheelchair to spend an independent life but People like me can only dream of such wheel chair bcoz I can afford it, may this world make it compulsory for every handicapped persons like me, so that we can also enjoy life like other normal persons.
Yeah..... I guarantee this will climb about 15 staircases before it's a sled. Less if there's any dirt or snow or warped staircases involved. I love the decorative wooden staircases shown in the video here. That way it only takes perhaps 1 or 2 faulty screws for you to end up with Splash Mountain: CP edition.
Would this work on a staircase that flattens in the middle and then curve about 45 degrees? My stepmom has ALS and we’re looking for non-invasive or permanent install ways to help get her upstairs since there’s no bedrooms or showers on the base floor. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
That looks terrifying. I would not feel comfortable using that on an actual set of stairs. One step to get into a restaurant, sure, but a whole staircase with a turn in it? How do you steer if you're facing backwards?
i own 1 such.. & within a year it developed serious display related problem.without display you just cant use wheelchair.whats worse is, there are no one in topchair to contact.all their email return as non existant!.. its extremely expensive piece of machine with complex electronics/sensors & you are stuck with it clueless when it refuses to move.& when it happens its a matter of life & death.this company's playing with your life.
TheMarko7766 A comment above in the thread says that this store has closed down w/out any notification!😱😡👎👎That stinks for all of you who have one of products! I'm sure this w/c is very expensive!!!😢
I know its 2 years since your comment, but I still want to tell you, that it is possible to learn how to be an engineer to make it work. I would strip all the electronics off it and put manual controls. Theres not much to learn when there is only an electric motor (x2 or 3 or 4 is still controlling an electric motor) to control.
Wonder if you could find someone local who is good with electronics. Possibly electrician with programming experience. Complete bullshit to have to deal with that though.
@@uaehit5967 what does body weight have to do with anything? If it can take you up the stairs, it stands to reason that you're going to have to come back down eventually. Why does body weight matter?
Needs a back camera so you can see where you driving cause now you left out the most important part of that stairs (sorry bad English) but the stairs had a corner how did he handled that without a mirror or back camera?
The equipment is great. The film shows the same positives. It is not objective, non-comfortable lichen scenes are cut out. It does not mean that I do not like it. It annoys me the fact that unnecessarily coloring some things (heeling the stairs during the exit, turning back on the fifth floor.)
Always have a go fund me if you want a wheelchair like that so they go to peoples houses parks and what in case if there was a fire they can go down the stairs
I've searched in Arabian House in Dubai, but all models are lacking. Contacted WHILL through their affeliate website ScootAround.com for their Model Ci. After giving them my specifications, they'll take between 10-20 days to make my custom order. The following shipping service are doing the purchase in behalf of me, and they're very helpful. Their shipping rates are outstanding for heavy objects: Boxit4me.com +971 4 886 6222
REGRET I am a 32-year-old man with a spastic disability as a result of a feverish illness that I had when I was a 16-day-old baby. When I was 6 years old, I received rehabilitation treatment and surgery at Ankara Rehabilitation Center with the support of my mother for a year, and my feet got better. I started walking, albeit with fear, with the help of crutches and a device called a siplint attached to my leg. Because it was a very angry publication, I was demoralized by the incomprehensible people who surrounded me and made fun of me. I stopped walking with my child in mind. I REGRET IT SO MUCH. Is there an institution that can help me now?
That's no invention, I have seen that ore than 20 years before. The father of a friend been fallen from a roof and after it, he was bounded on a wheelchair but he and his family been living in the 5th floor. His wheelchair also had such a function and the wheelchairs from today, aren't more faster in climbing stairs!
