Just finished watching. Great video! I wanted to say yes horses can swim with a rider irl. They don't swim great though so put into minecraft perspective with the weight of an armored rider and saddle it would be a challenge. Also I used to carry scaffolding (especially early game before getting iron for a water bucket) if my horse fell in ravine I can place and have them jump straight up. Also use a brush on the armadillos to make armour for dogs if you get them. Again absolutely great video. I'm really happy you posted today!
