HI Pro. what if the goods is designed for your company and supplier is only selling some specific goods to one company. how would make them feel they're being more competitive on the same time by taking down their price?

Sorry but I aint native in English and new to acquiring knowledge in Purchasing so it would be very helpful for me to understand that. If you could add some explanation that would do the trick even better.

Hi, the TCO stands for the Total Cost of Owership. you hear it correctly. :)
