One thing that i am frustrated about in the new class tree is where the 2 point nodes are placed. The way it stands, you will never be able to take endurance training on any of the three specs in the content that you would want it in (M+). Personally I'd love to see the compounding effect of having the stam from endurance training with mountain thane impending victory and the reworked intervene. It would mean you could pre impending victory and have something like 25-27% increased health depending in if the stamina buffs are calculated additive or multiplicative.
Great discussion! Thanks for organizing this. Always love hearing Dan and Archi's thoughts on warrior. I was the one that made the forum post talking about the large amount of damage points in the warrior class tree compared to other classes. I had mentioned in my post that the table I made with the talent distributions wasn't perfect since some talents have multiple benefits. The class trees are a lot more complex and just analyzing them based on a few categories doesn't tell the full story like pathing issues, or how the talents are distributed between each gate, or how certain damage talents are useless in certain builds. However I do think the table is enough evidence that the warrior class tree is an outlier when comparing each classes damage talent points. I appreciate the feedback and discussion! Hopefully Warriors will get more big changes before launch.
Yo thanks for putting that summery up. It was defiantly a great discussion point, and yeah we received some interesting changes in the Beta today, but we will see how they continue to change Warrior
