I'm the most critical, picayune, perfectionist, preppy, cynical, pain in the ass person in the world and I think this is the most beautiful home I've ever seen. Awe. Amazing. Gorgeous. Class. Magnificent. What a beautiful home. If I could live anywhere in the world I'd love to live there.
7 years, 9 videos, 5 markdowns, thousands of visitors and still no buyer is the reason you don't build a $69 million spec house in NJ no matter how gorgeous it is.
A 69M house won't sell nearly as fast as your regular house. It's quite a lot of money even if you can afford it. They might come down in price but I'm sure it'll eventually be sold.
My theory is that it’s because the land was previously owned by Henry Clay Frick II who was the son of a guy who contributed to mass murder. Henry Clay Frick was part of the hunting club ( which was a group of millionaires who owned property) they owned a damn that was holding back water from a town of about 2,000 residence. The dam was in decay and once it finally broke it flooded the town destroying it and killing everyone in it. There were bodies found as far south as Cincinnati Ohio. Any potential buyer would not want their name associated with Henry Clay Frick. P.S. Incase you were wondering Henry Clay Frick made his millions by being a higher up in the Carnegie steel company. He practically ran the company.
No indoor pool? Not for Jersey, because 9 months out of the year is cold. In a sunny state, it would be amazing to only have an outdoor pool. But in a cold state, you need all those outdoor amenities to be indoors as well
Perfectly though out ..... A perfect example of an, English of a large Manor bordering on castle proportions .... Exquisite ...... Nothing missing ......... but me ... Ugh .....
you end up paying so much money just for this house, and then just when you thought you would live peacefully you realize you will be paying hefty amount of tax which I heard is just over $150k cuz you own this property. It adds up and if you don't have the way to successfully make money at least 1mil a year in revenue then you'll soon be fucked.
I think you mean income.. revenue is business related.. someone worth $50M is probably not buying this house.. a million wouldn't cover your expenses per year on this house.. you would need a staff of about 5-8 to manage it..you probably have to be in the $500M+ net worth to afford it and still live comfortably... $150K is a little low for the taxes.. I think it is double at $300K.. it would take probably $5M just to furnish it...
The house looks great but I'm only guessing because you showed more of the outside then the inside. More inside pictures of the houses would be great That's why I come to see these kind of channels
I wish it was my i paid rent i don't want to rent anymore i like save me some money. Just live in that nice house like that my landlord don't want to fix anything up i paid 585.00 month
Spanning too fast. Too much outside viewing not enough room exploration, and the music was completely wrong. I felt rushed through the entire thing. bad video. Beautiful house - what I got to see of it before I became too dizzy that is. I muted the music and cut the playback speed down to 0.5 and was able to see the house. This is a beautiful property.
Exquisite. .. to bad that the city and state are not even mentioned. I cant afford it even if was 100k so price doesnt matter, I loved the sunlit rooms could not determine if it was southern exposure in the back.... almost looks east west... not sure all that glass facing west would be the best direction for a structure that large.
This absolutely stunning estate property is a New Jersey. New Jersey has the most estate archaic state laws pertaining. Estate planning is essential for any property owner. But especially for those living in New Jersey.
It was taken off the market on December 31 2016 at an asking price of $48,880,000. The estimated value right now stands at 50 mill. Since it's completion no one has lived in it, it's basically an abandoned building with the difference that people keep the gardens nice and the building clean.
People who actually deserve it will be able to own a mansion like this. If you aren't able to purchase a home like this you simply haven't done enough yet
"Everything comes to us that belongs to us if only we create the capacity to receive it." Said by the great rabindranath tagore. See, if you truly deserve this then you would have had it by now.

That's the purpose of it being a mansion because it's meant to be very big, if it's a smaller size it wouldn't be a mansion,it would be a regular 🏠 house. Regular houses are smaller. Mansions are very big. LoL.
