I have to admit, Jikishi is a fucking smart dude. He knew that he would end up in a situation like this eventually and everything he did would come to light. He didn’t try to defend himself or anything, no stupid af apology. He just accepted his fate and disappeared.

Jikishi’s downfall really hurt. I had started tuning into his streams and was really excited to see what the new member would bring to the lore… and then two days later he was removed. I don’t watch new Minecraft RU-vidrs anymore.

To be honest, he’s actually very lucky even though he was exposed by multiple people he never actually grew to the peak celebrity RU-vidr status, and since he also never showed his actual name, he can easily go about his life like nothing had happened even though he’s not on the Internet. I can’t even imagine what he is like outside of it.

I’m a former friend/mod of Jikishi’s, and like many of the people you highlighted shared throughout the video, he was probably one of the nicest guys I knew online, and when I had heard about him getting raided by Dream and later invited to the Dream SMP, I was nothing but excited for him. He was super hard working, and when the news broke it absolutely broke my heart. I have a friend who checked in on him after the drama w his brother and from what I was told he was going through therapy and all of that, I don’t know much other than that though. The point of this is that you can never know what someone might be hiding, and to just be careful, especially with people online. You can never know. Good covering of all this, thanks Sunny.

So after countless research, I found a little bit of information about him. So when his former roomate, Jwhisp, saw Sunny v2's video, he released a Twitlonger about his experience on February 2, 2023, with Jikishi. His full name was Demetrius Madsen. He lived in Wiscosin but later moved to Las Vegas. But when Jwhisp heard of those accusations, he initially didn't believe them. But when Jwhisp's female friend told him that he sexually absued her, Jwhisp was furious and told Jikishi/Demetrius to get out within 24 hours. His family was informed about the incident. Jikishi left and moved out to live with his mom in Las Vegas, but after some time, he and his mom left, and since then, he has vanished from there, and there's been no complete trace of him since then. Moreover, in the tweet, he described him as a "serious paedophile who should not be allowed to talk with minors." At the time of that incident, according to Jwhisp, no one reported him to the authorities, and no action was taken against him.

So Here's An Update On Jikishi: his former roommate Jwhisp released a Twitlonger about his experiences with him after SunnyV2 released This video. He revealed that Jiukishi's real name was Demetrius Madsen and that he's originally from Wisconsin, but moved to Las Vegas to be closer to his mother after having a falling out with his father. He revealed that when Jikishi was exposed, he wasn't sure whether or not the alligations were real, however after one of his closest female friend told him that Jikishi also sexually abused her and sent him evidence to confirm this, he got very angry and told Jikishi to move out within 24 hours. Jwhisp stated that after he kicked Jikishi out, he had blank memory that lasted for weeks and ended up moving back to Ohio. He also gave some of the details of what happened to Jikishi after the controversy. After being kicked out, Jikishi went to live with his mother, but later moved out and has since disappeared from the Las Vegas area.

This is making me kind of…questioning many things because some young girls also claim themselves either being older than they are, and 5 years age gap is not that bad in some cases. But I’m totally not okay with sexual tensions towards the girl when she was only 14/15. Just a perspective and story of once a young girl on internet. This can be disturbing, but I want to vent my guilt of my past here…I enjoyed trying to be mature when I was 15 and no one knew I was 15 because I was wearing roleplaying mask on. Facebook back in decades ago were wild and free. Many alt accounts were made to roleplay with other people. I attracted many people in 20s and I liked it. I dated with a 27 woman and we were fine until we broke up just almost our 1 year anniversary. Many girls in their 12-14 dating with college students or working men in my roleplay community and I thought it’s fine when it is NOT. My ex and I mostly chatted ERP everyday, and some scene were really disturbing-even for adult me-and that really wasted my time of growing up when I realized later. But, I also was in the wrong for acting like adult when I was still an underage enjoying romance novels and have 18+ stuff in hands because woohoo living in third world country. But again, I regret that life and led things escalated because of my choice and consent of choosing ERP instead of learning harder in school. Also, this really happens a lot when girls use this as an advantage against adult men and many guys are victims to this and got framed and life ruined. Teenagers are child and can be wild, and not all teenagers are innocent. They are not 5 years. I’m not protecting him, just raising awareness and from being on internet for almost two decades and seen lots of many wild stuff going on.

Thank you for doing a video on this topic. This situation was a big eye opener for me. I was one of Jikishis biggest supporters before everything went down. I was tier 3 subbed for months, joined every stream, was planning on buying merch, and tweeted about him all the time. The scariest part was that we followed each-other and ive spoken to him through dms. I was so shocked to hear that anyone I’ve supported this much could ever do this. This situation made me understand how scary the internet is, and how easy it is to have a kind and trustworthy character on the outside but have such a heartless and gross individual on the inside.

As being in the dsmp fandom at the time it was an insane time! I remember seeing him in Tina’s stream on the first day of the dsmp. He seemed so chill and I was so excited to see small CC’s a part of the smp!

sunny is one of the few youtubers that i can't really fault in any way, hes just a guy talking about topics he clearly shows interest in and gives high quality content whilst providing a good amount of context
