Like people were talking about volcanoes years before season 9 or X. It wasn't a leak, people were just clickbaiting and by coincidence, it ended up coming true. Maybe the fortnite devs got inspired, maybe they were already planning it and it was leaked as you said but considering how people were talking about a volcano in loot lake while the actual volcano was in a jungle area where the big forest in the top left corner in the map once was.
