Today we're talking about fear. If anyone knows me personally, I bet their first impression of me was probably wow this person is so shy and she's afraid of everything. Yea, that's me! I was afraid of human :))) My parents wanted to protect me from all dangers. I just want to say that you can both be proud of your upbringing AND learn to overcome those false lessons. And that is exactly what I thrive for. I take back the control from fear and never want to miss opportunities for experiences.

Hôm nay mình nói về nỗi sợ. Nếu ai đó biết tui, tui cá là ấn tượng đầu tiên về tui có lẽ là wow, con người này nhát ghê và cô ấy sợ mọi thứ. Thì yea, tui sợ con người :))) Ba mẹ luôn muốn bảo vệ con gái khỏi tất cả các nguy hiểm mà. Mình chỉ muốn nói rằng bạn có thể vừa tự hào và biết ơn về tuổi thơ của mình VÀ vừa học cách vượt qua những bài học sai lầm đó. Đấy chính là điều mình đang làm. Mình lấy lại sự kiểm soát từ nỗi sợ và không bao giờ muốn bỏ lỡ cơ hội trải nghiệm nữa.
