The Mzee is more of a comedian and motivational speaker than a minister of the Gospel. He might be educating the masses with his contents, but the mindset that he must always make people feel entertained and laughing is getting the better of him than the calling of preaching God's Word, if indeed he had it in the first place. Then in his sermons, he infuses a lot of secular mannerisms which is contrary of a sound minister of God.
it is u who is confused in ur mindset--that the preacher must always be stone-faced, sura ya kazi---if by making those his jokes allows the spirit of God to get imparted into the lives of the listener, then mission accomplished--regardless of ur "standard" perceptions of how a pastor should preach! Keep ur judgement to urself and let those ready to listen do so! to mana gi hera kod muolo
